JOTA Station Reports

As you prepare for Jamboree on the Air weekend, October 14-16, don’t forget all the things needed to collect information, photos, videos, and stories from your event.

To guide your efforts, we’ve developed a list of things to do with hints about what works best. This includes an excellent video that describes how to tell your JOTA story.

2016 Action Plan Published

The K2BSA Amateur Radio Association 2016 Action Plan has been published. Check it out to see what the association is planning to tackle this year. If you’re a member, please consider volunteering for one of the committees. If you’re not a member, this is a great time to join.

I’ve updated the website with a new, cleaner look, using a responsive website theme. This allows the website to adjust to match the browser window, which should make it much more compatible with tablets, etc. I’ve also replaced the home page video with a slide show of some of the photos submitted with station reports for the 2012 Jamboree on the Air. Let me know what you think.

Mobile Version Part 2

Updated the Mobile version with Plugin Buddy’s Mobile plug-in. It primarily allows a custom theme around the mobile site. It works reasonably well. I crafted a header for the mobile version and updated some link colors, etc. I hope this proves more valuable for those of you accessing the site with your mobile phones.
