I checked Scoutstuff on September 25th and again yesterday, and again today. Each time the same thing: Backordered until 10/12/15. Four days before JOTA, and it’ll be available. Did they ever actually have them in stock? Were they sold out the first day they came in, and I was an hour or two late?

  My mistake. They have been backordered since the patches originally appeared on the Scout Stuff website. At least you can place an order, with shipment as soon as they arrive.

I usually order the BSA patches but this year I ordered the World Scout Patches. In my opinion these are not as pretty, but I know the scouts would be disappointed if I did not have any patches in time for the weekend. http://www.worldscoutshops.com/PBSCCatalog.asp?CatID=1730094

  Certainly agree, Mickey. Plus, the shipping is not too bad. Particularly if you’re purchasing a larger quantity of patches. Have fun during JOTA.
