Signs signals and code merit badge instruction provide approximately 100 Scouts and leaders a chance to learn about Amateur Radio and talk to Scouts around the world

The Clay County Amateur Radio Club will sponsor a JOTA Event for the fifth year in a row for the Caney Fork District (Formerly Upper Cumberland District) Boy Scouts . For the Third year in a row the Clay County ARC members will conduct the JOTA event in the Standing Stone State Park .

The Sam Houston Area Council will be having a JOTA event with a balloon launch.  Be on the look out for a K2BSA balloon during JOTA!

The Marshal County Amateur Radio Club will be setting up several JOTA stations at the council Ironhorse Festival.

We will have TOP fun Camporee patrol Competition / Demo Radio station event and Jamboree on the Air, Possible Radio merit badge via a Zoom meeting for up to 10 Scouts from councils across USA and overseas councils.

We will be operating from our mobile Communications Center. Deploying HF both SSB and Digital, VHF Repeater & Simplex Ops, Packet Radio, APRS, Winlink and attempt Satellite Ops. Also DMR Digital Voice. We will also assist in completing their merit badge.

Council wide Camporee held every two years in east Tennessee. This event is open to packs, troops, crews and posts. It’s Haunting time! Come join Verdugo Hills Council Cub Scouts in a ghoulishly fun weekend at Camp Verdugo Oaks. This event is open to all registered Cub Scouts (Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and Webelos) and their families. The event will kick-off at 4:00pm Friday, October 28th, and will conclude Sunday morning October 30th.

We're hosting a winter camp. One "Track" will be a communication based one offering such merit badges as "Signs, Signals, and Codes; Electricity; Electronics; Energy; and Radio". I'm hoping to also offer a Technician class and VE Testing Session
