K2BSA/7 – Mountain Valley District Spring Camporee 2025 – Bozeman, MT

We’re partnering with the local Ham Radio chapter to develop interest in amateur radio, and its intersection with scouting. We’re interested in setting up a special event station for the scouts to do some phone and digital mode calling, and at least see demonstration of CW.

This will be a part of the spring Camporee for our district, and will have both our scout troops and some Webelos joining, the OA tap-out, and various stations hopefully to show how amateur radio can augment scouting activities (and hopefully get some Technician class licensees out of it too).
