Icom America and the Boy Scouts of America have announced the renewal of their sponsorship agreement through 2018.
The agreement began in 2012 and provided Jamboree on the Air promotion, BSA local council station loans, and National Jamboree equipment loans and repeaters. BSA Radio Scouting activities will remain Powered by Icom at least through 2018. Great news.

We all have to say thank you to ICOM for the leadership shown in supporting Radio Scouting over the years and especially at the Summit and the Radio Loaner program. Their commitment to continue to support Radio Scouting provides a great starting point to start a discussion with and working with Scouts, Troops and Councils. Thank you ICOM.
